UAW Local 2300 is a local branch of the UAW (United Automobile, Aerospace & Agricultural Workers of America International Union.

Workers just like you first organized our local Union back in 1981. We were tired of low wages and raises based on favoritism. We were fed up with unfair treatment where a supervisor could punish and even fire a worker on a whim.

We believe that as employees, we have the right to have a say in the decisions that affect us.

The UAW is one of the largest and most diverse unions in the world.

We represent people in multi-national corporations, small manufacturers, state and local governments, colleges and universities, hospitals, casinos and private non-profit corporations. Approximately 640,000 active members are represented by 800 local unions in the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico.
